APPROACH, VISION AND METHODS
Pulso provides a wide range of training programmes supporting psychosocial well-being in your organisation. It concerns programmes on well-being, cooperation, leadership and trauma prevention for employees, managers, teams and internal well-being actors.
A training programme can range from shorter sessions (awareness sessions or workshops) to longer training programmes spanning one to several days, for small or large groups. These can be given both online and on-site. Generally, the shorter sessions (in large groups) are aimed at informing and sensitising participants. The more interactive sessions, in smaller groups, are intended for in-depth support, e.g. in case of challenges, and for skill training.
To ensure a lasting effect of our trainings, they are often followed by individual coaching and/or intervision. Online tools can also be integrated into a blended offer.
In order to provide qualitative and integrated training, Pulso guarantees that the trainers and intervisors have a solid academic background, combining clinical knowledge and/or experience with a broad business experience within organisations. They are psychologists/experts in behavioural change who mainly work using motivational interviewing techniques and solution-focused and behavioural therapeutic principles.
In addition to our standard programmes, Pulso offers in-depth sessions on more specific topics such as sleep, relaxation, nutrition and movement, mindfulness, dealing with change ... These sessions can be organised as ‘lunch & learns’, or in the context of certain initiatives (well-being week, safety week …).
In times of unexpected challenges or circumstances, Pulso can also provide the necessary (training) support. During the covid crisis, for instance, we have developed a training package tailored to the current needs (working from home, work/life balance, dealing with uncertainty, remote management, maintaining team connection, etc.). You can also call upon Pulso to prepare for future challenges that could put pressure on well-being. Because instant challenges ask for instant solutions!
