To further realise our digital ambitions and strengthen our internal operations, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on building forward-thinking solutions.

 

Your Mission

 

1. Leading Digital Projects

  • You will be responsible for the development and ongoing improvement of our digital well-being platform.

  • You will contribute to the creation of new digital well-being tools.

  • You will monitor the scope, timing, quality, and budget of these projects and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will help integrate AI into these projects in collaboration with subject matter experts.

 

2. Optimising Internal Work Processes

  • You will map existing work processes, with a focus on our EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) services.

  • You will analyse where simplification and efficiency are possible, and identify opportunities where automation can add value.

  • You will develop concrete improvement initiatives and guide their implementation.

 

What We Expect from You

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree and have at least five years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital environment.

  • You have experience leading IT or digitalisation projects and working with external technology partners.

  • You think analytically and in terms of processes, but can also act pragmatically and result-oriented. Experience in change management is an asset.

  • You are a strong communicator who can engage and inspire colleagues and partners throughout change processes.

  • Affinity with well-being, HR, or healthcare is a plus.

  • You have a good command of English.
