To strengthen our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) team, we are seeking a French-speaking Psychosocial Case Manager in France.

 

Role Description

  • Provide telephone counselling to employees experiencing challenges in their personal or professional lives.
    These issues may include psychological concerns, stress, conflict, relationship problems, crisis situations, as well as legal or financial matters.

  • Case follow-up (mainly psychosocial) and coordination of employee support requests.

  • Liaise with both internal and external EAP professionals, such as counsellors, therapists, coaches, and crisis experts.

  • Opportunity to grow into roles involving (telephone) counselling and/or coaching assignments.

  • Carry out administrative tasks and reporting for client organisations.

 

Profile

  • Passion for psychosocial well-being

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Sciences (Psychology or Social Work)

  • Empathetic, good listener, customer-oriented

  • Proactive mindset with strong organisational and planning skills

  • Problem-solving abilities and flexibility

  • Previous experience in psychosocial support is an asset

  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial

  • Resilient under stress
